This week, Latin Pulse focuses on electoral politics, both in Latin America and the United States. The program features a review of upcoming elections in Argentina, Nicaragua and Guatemala. One of the in-depth interviews this week also discusses the Obama administration's policies concerning Cuba and how those might be affected by the 2012 elections in the U.S.
