This edition of Latin Pulse, also looks at the new multinational diplomatic organization the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC, by its Spanish acronym) and what that means for the Organization of American States (OAS). The program's news segment deals with the legal finding in Ecuador against Chevron for polluting the Amazon.
